RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to love your American Steel Designs brand décor! The American Steel Designs team is committed to delivering the highest quality pieces in the industry. We back our items with a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee of Satisfaction (exception: Personalized Monograms).

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item, simply return it within 30 days and we'll exchange, credit, or refund the cost of the item.

Please note: Any items that are customized (Personalized Monograms) cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. We do accept cancellations if you contact us within 10 hours of placing your custom order. After 10 hours, we can accommodate changes within a limited timespan of placing your order.
